How do you change the time on the slap watch?

​

Peel back the silicone around the watch face and remove the metal watch case in the middle. This is how you change the time and battery...or if you want , you can mix and match different watch faces into different colored straps!

What kind of closure is on the back of the bracelet watches?

 

The bracelets are closed with a classic friendship bracelet tie, which has two strings that slide together or apart to tighten or loosen the bracelet. The bracelet is 14.5cm /6" at its tightest point but can be expanded up to 24.5cm/9.7" in order to fit wrists of all sizes.

What form of payment do you accept online?

 

At this time we are only accepting payment through paypal. It is easy to sign up for an account and then you can pay by debiit or credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard).

How are the taxes calculated?

​

Unless you reside in the State of Nevada (where we charge 8.1% sales tax), there is no sales tax on our orders. However for international orders, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on all domestic USA orders.  We also ship to Canada for only $7.95 for the first item and and $1.95 for every additional item. Delivery in the continental USA will take 3-5 days,  while shipments to Canada takes 2 - 3 weeks and may also be subject to customs.  Tracking numbers are provided only to USA customers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

​

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your product! We will take returns and exchanges of undamaged merchandise if notified within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase (Note: Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products). A refund of the cost of the products will be credited to the customer's payment account when the returned items are received.  A small restocking fee may apply on returns of sale items.

How can I track the status of my order?

All orders online will be processed in 1 - 3 business days if the product is in stock. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Most USA orders will take anywhere from 3 to 6 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the efficiency of the postal service in your country.

Is there a warranty on the watches?

​

Definitely! All watches have a 1 year warranty on the movement from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects but does not cover the life of the battery, normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by abnormal/abusive use (e.g. negligence, accidents).  To exercise your warranty, please contact us at info@winkydesigns.com with proof of purchase and send us your old watch for replacement.

Can I buy these at a store?

Yes! We currently have two stores in Las Vegas (see our store information here).  We also sell our products through over 250 stores across the country (see our where to buy section here).   If you are a retailer and you're interested in carrying our products in your store, please contact us with information on your store and we will get back to you with wholesale information.
